Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash, peel, and pit the peaches. Cut them into small chunks.
  • Place the peach chunks in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the puree to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the peach puree. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • If using, add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir well.

Freezing

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Serving

  • Remove the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
