  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In another large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving

  • Slice the cake and serve it with coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage. Enjoy the classic flavors with every bite.

Storage

  • Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container to keep it fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature.
