  • 1 cup white icing
  • 24 mini marshmallows
  • 16 candy eyes
  • 8 orange candy-coated chocolates
  • 16 pretzel sticks

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before decorating.

Serving

  • Spread white icing over each brownie square. Arrange mini marshmallows on top to form snowman bodies and heads.
  • Use candy eyes and orange candy-coated chocolates to create faces. Insert pretzel sticks for arms.
