Equipment

  • 1 9-inch pie pan
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 Mixing Bowl large

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Toppings

  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust. Sprinkle chopped Snickers bars over the top of the filling, pressing them slightly into the surface.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the pie. If desired, spread a layer of chocolate ganache on top for extra richness. Return the pie to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
  • Once chilled, slice the pie into 8 equal pieces. Serve with additional caramel sauce or whipped cream, if desired.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best results, consume within the first 3 days.
