Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Brownie Layer

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Topping

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread the brownie batter over the cooled graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the brownie layer.
  • Return the pan to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve and enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
