Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Topping

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours or until the filling is set and the topping is firm.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve chilled and enjoy.
