  • 3 cups ripe mangoes sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

  • Peel and slice the ripe mangoes into thin pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and sugar, mixing until combined.
  • In a 9-inch square dish, lay a single layer of graham crackers. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers, then add a layer of sliced mangoes. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream and mangoes on top.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld.
  • Once chilled, remove the dessert from the refrigerator. Cut into slices with a sharp knife to serve.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
