Mango Float

  • 3 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tbsp crushed nuts
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

  • Peel and slice the mangoes into thin strips. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip until fully combined.
  • Begin assembling the cups by adding a layer of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of each cup. Follow with a layer of whipped cream mixture, then a layer of mango slices. Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  • If desired, sprinkle crushed nuts and shredded coconut on top. Garnish with mint leaves for a touch of color.
  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled, directly from the cups. Enjoy as a refreshing dessert after a meal or as a sweet treat during a party.
