  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, and place a few chocolate chips and a mini marshmallow in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and roll into a ball.
  • Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
