Ingredients
  

Base Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Chocolate Layer

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until combined, then press evenly into a lined sheet pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
  • Gently spread the marshmallow creme over the chocolate layer. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over the marshmallow layer.
  • Freeze the assembled bars for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  • Once frozen, slice the bars into squares and serve immediately.
  • Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
