Ingredients
  

Cupcake Base

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz dark chocolate melted

Graham Cracker Base

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Marshmallow Frosting

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Garnish

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with liners and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press a tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in melted chocolate until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter over the graham cracker base in each liner, filling about 2/3 full. Add a small dollop of marshmallow fluff to the center of each.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Beat softened butter and marshmallow fluff until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth. Add heavy cream as needed for desired consistency.
  • Use a piping bag to frost each cupcake with the marshmallow frosting. Top with mini marshmallows, a drizzle of melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Enjoy your elegant cupcakes!
