Ingredients

Preparation

Vanilla Cream Filling

  • In a saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Allow the filling to cool slightly before using.

Assembly

  • Spread the cooled vanilla cream filling over the prepared crust. Arrange the fresh berries on top as desired.
