Ingredients
  

Tart Shells

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Berry Filling

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking for your mini tarts.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Divide the dough into 12 portions and press into mini tart pans.

Berry Filling
