  • 1 9x9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Mixing Bowl large
  • 1 electric mixer

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with butter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • In another bowl, beat the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan on a wire rack. This will help them set and makes slicing easier.
  • Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares and serve them as a delightful treat.
  • Store any leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
