Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 6 cups sliced peaches peeled and pitted

Oatmeal Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish and set aside.

Make the Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches evenly. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Make the Topping

  • In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add the cubed butter.
  • Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, blend the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Bake the Crisp
