  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Storage

  • Once cooled, store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
